In the 1950s, we had one General Store like you’d see in a western movie. But one store can’t possibly handle the expansive and sophisticated shopping tastes of our bustling city. Which brings us how to best summarize Old Town’s abundant shopping. Eclectic comes to mind. Diverse, too. Definitely local and unique. The sheer variety of offerings – from high-end fashion and art galleries to jewelry and antique shops to home furnishing, gifts and souvenirs – go on and on. You may set out for one gift and return with many, what we call a productive day.
