Yes. The Scottsdale Trolley provides free service to several points of interest in Old Town including Scottsdale Fashion Square and the Indian Bend Wash greenbelt. We are not aware of a local business in Old Town offering wheelchair rentals, but there are several private companies in the area including Southwest Mobility and Mobility Center AZ.
